+Yesterday school started. The doors to the knowledge prison had opened and the general lack of sleep began to infect the students. Grade eleven didn't start off with much of a bang like I once had imagined it might. High school is blending together, summer isn't a vacation anymore, more or less only a break. I didn't really feel that "back to school" vibe. You know, where you tense up and get really excited to only have those feelings crushed by the reality that school sucks after elementary? Hm, elementary. Those were the years I want to live again. I don't know if it's only me but grades 7-12 seem to cut the knowledge and fill you up with stress. Instead of learning addition like you did in your second year of school, you get to learn how many cups of coffee it takes to stay up and do a 3000 word essay on a topic you truly have no passion in writing. I wanna go back to elementary. I demand someone build a time machine ASAP. I will pay.
