+Goodies, we all need them every now and then. Something sweet that teases the senses and draws a smile across your cheeks. They vary in form; edibles, visuals, audio, and tons of others. And in this post, I'm gonna give you some. You know, to start off the week right! Turn your possibly shitty Monday around! Hopefully you'll like em and no worries all these goodies are peanut free. We'll start with some events hitting our little city of Edmonton. On the 25th you definitely should support The Edmonton International Film Festival which runs til October 3th and includes David Kelso's production of "The Truth About Girls." Following that, head on down to The Hydeaway to check Ellery Lane and Face For Radio on the 26th. If your looking to hear some new sounds or want others to hear yours, you can always zip down to Steeps Tea Lounge on the 23rd for Open Mic. Grab a hot drink and listen to some mellow music, what could be better? On a completely other note, "The Informant!" starring Matt Damon hit theatres and is a complete blast, I've been hearing rave reviews for this film and hope to check it out soon as possible.
