title : High School? More like Pie Pool!
+Emo? Prep? Skater? Hipster? Indie? Glee? Nerd? Welcome to high school. This week I've been talking a hell of a lot about school life, girlfriends, etc. So, I'm just gonna continue the trend until Monday where of which I will have a completely different train of thought. Most of my readers are in some sort of school setting -- university, high school, junior high -- so you can all pretty much relate to most of the things I've been discussing. If you can't, I undoubtedly know that in this one you will. A cliche is a saying, expression, idea, or element of an artistic work which has been overused to the point of losing its original meaning or effect, rendering it a stereotype. In school it's the thing that haunts you or traps you into this little group of people that ultimately can't get out of. You sure as hell can try but High School Musical is pure fiction. You can't jump on some tables, burst into song and expect everyone to follow. Realistically, if you did this in school you have just committed an official act of social suicide. Cliche's are present everywhere. Your classified by the clothes you wear, what you do after school, if you can toss a football, if your cool or uncool. It's like, dividing up kids based on their beliefs and opinions. You can't hang out with the other kids because you don't fit. You were given a place to belong so you should stay in that place. Fuck that! You should be free to do whatever you want. Tell people where you belong. Break down those stupid fucking social barriers and hang out with the nerds, have a conversation with those metal heads, punch a jock in the throat for all I care. No one can tell you you can't. I think cliches are stupid. I'd hope everyone would think they're stupid. No one is gonna tell me who I can hang out with and I'm Lucky enough to go to a school where everyone is accepted in most groups. Why can't you get good grades and still throw a football? Who made that group of kids cool? No one but someone's gonna have to tell them, they're not.

( Just the way I see it, it'd only be contradicting if I made you agree. )

Johnnn. =D
