+Scrabble. Now, I understand that Christmas is approaching and yes, I am very very excited but who just wants to keep hearing about Christmas? Definitely not me of course. If you're wondering, it's eleven days. I know! Isn't that absolutely crazy? I can't wait! Oh, right. So, I have chosen to write about something I have wanted to write about for a while, that of which being the classic game of Scrabble. Everyone, sadly, has played Scrabble I'm sure. With their aunts or uncles, with friends, and for some, alone. No matter the situation or amount of people, I can safely say I am terrible at this game. And when I say terrible, I mean, "Never Play This With Me" terrible. No, it's not because I can't spell words using limited amounts of letters and it's definitely not because I don't have an extensive vocabulary consisting of abnormal and exotic words, it is because I haven't memorized the dictionary and I am not a computer. Yes, sarcasm is caked all over this blog kids. Who seriously invited this game? It's crazy. Nuts. Silly. Stupid. Embarrassing. If you haven't already guessed it, I now have experienced my very first Scrabble game this evening and to say the least, I thought "Rokel" was a word. I would have much preferred to play Mouse Trap or Snakes and Ladders or any game that didn't involve words but I was suckered into playing this game created by sociopath spellers. At first, I really thought I would be good at it. Like, how hard can spelling be? Like, really? Wrong. Spelling is hard when there's rules applied. Very hard. It's funny how much more fun you think rolling dice would be when everyone around you is laughing at you trying to support that a "Propet" is a tool used to clean pipes in only fancy hotels. Scrabble, I hate you. A lot.




Well, hope everyone started there weeks off much better than I did. I'm off to watch mind-numbing tv and eat Christmas cookies. Oh god, not Wheel of Fortune.
