title : CANADA IS A BIG HAT
+Consider this post a tossed salad of information, opinions, and pop culture. Seasoned with sarcasm and wit. So, the Juno Awards happened tonight. Yeah, don't be sad if you didn't have a clue that it went on. You did not miss anything at all. The Juno's, theoretically, are the Canadian Grammy's and Canadians, theoretically, are supposed to flock together and tune in to support all the Canadian artists. But, let's be honest. The Juno's are boring. The Juno's are cheap. We are a country full of viable artists. Our artists have to fight an industry without art. It projects the lamest, wimpiest and most commercial to the stage and ignores artists. It's sad when the production of a TV awards show far surpasses the actual musical content it celebrates. Why is it that the Grammy is exploding with popularity across North America and the Juno is a nice little diamond in the rough? Canadian talent should be equally as important to that of the USA but yet we always get the short stick. Everything American is always bigger and better. Election campaigns , American Idol, gossip, fast food, and even the citizens. It's time that Canada started drawing America's attention. It's time that we stopped playing second fiddle! It's time for Canada to create a super god of entertainment that will attract all demographics! What is it, you say? Canadian Political Idol of Gossip and Fast Food. This is our year Canada!

Hold on CBC is calling me, they want to add my show to their already great line-up of television shows. Cough.

JLOHHNVETT!
ps. But, seriously, the Juno's make me very sad. We need a better Canadian music award's show.
